Unit Refurbishment Fortitude Valley

2 new bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and feature shelving were the main items in this challenging dual level unit in Fortitude Valley. Access and delivery are always a challenge when dealing with Inner city projects.

Architectural Inspired 2 story Extension:
This renovation was created by an amazing team and incredible clients who designed and drawn the plans themselves. The vision was to create extra living spaces for their growing children giving the main house back to the parents.

Kitchen Redesign and Back Deck Extension:
| The vision the client had for this project speaks volumes in what can be achieved and created. The client could see exactly what they wanted and we were so fortunate to help with their dreams. Extending the back entertaining area with new undercover deck and moving the kitchen over to the other side of the room has given this private home the extra space needed to entertain at any level. |  |
Ensuite Renovation
Prime location and taking full advantage of the view for this stunning Ensuite renovation at Sandgate. A round bath was chosen so the couple could both enjoy the view while having a glass of Champaigne in their bubble bath.
1200x1200 Tile were laid to minimise the grout lines and create more seamless flow through the entire room.
